What is Ethernet Over T1?

Ethernet Over T1 (EoDS1) is a connection providing high speed ethernet bandwidth of 1Mbps to 100Mbps delivered as Ethernet over T1 lines (EoDS1). Ethernet services are used by businesses to provide reliable, dedicated Ethernet connection for internet access as well as other applications including email, file sharing, web hosting, data backup, video, or VPN access. Ethernet access is superior to cable or DSL Internet access because it offers higher Ethernet bandwidth speeds, lower equipment costs (Ethernet line handoff), and a Service Level Agreement with guarantees on Ethernet service, performance, uptime, and repair. An Ethernet over T1 Internet connection is available in 10Mbps Ethernet or 100Mbps Fast Ethernet handoffs. Ethernet Over T1 Internet is also known as Ethernet Over Copper, Ethernet Circuit, Ethernet Line, or Ethernet Access.
