What is the
process for working with ITquotes?
1. Submit
a pricing request for the desired service via the appropriate quote form or
contact us.
2. Your
service specialist from ITquotes will contact you to review this request and
inquiry further about your needs and buying criteria.
3. Recommendations
for potential solutions and providers will be made based on your situation.
4. Your
service specialist will price out the best available options (usually top
3-5 providers) for a given situation. Pricing timeframes can vary from one
to five business days, depending on the services and providers priced.
5. Pricing
will be sent in a format that is easy to understand and to compare “apples
to apples”. If requested, product and provider information will be sent as
well. Custom proposals are also available on an ICB.
6. Your
service specialist will contact you to review the solutions & pricing, and
answer any questions you have. They will also be able to assist you with any
additional information needed, including setting up conference calls and
meetings with a representative from a given provider.
7. When
ready to place the order for service, ITquotes will review the order
information with you and will handle filling out the appropriate order
paperwork.
8. The
order will be placed with the appropriate provider. ITquotes, as well as
the provider, will update you on the progress of the provisioning of your
order.
9. After
installation, your service is no different than any other customer of the
provider. Service, billing, customer & technical support will be handled by
the provider.
10. ITquotes
also provides post-sale escalation of issues that are not getting resolved
to your satisfaction through normal customer support channels. Please
contact your service specialist with any unresolved issues.
